When you're 64 years old, it's hard to know where to start. I've been many places, done many things (mainly been self-employed for freedom's sake), and I plan to do a lot more.

I've had a burning interest in health, staying young, and staying free since I was 10 or so, so it was only natural I would cross paths with Dr. Joel Wallach, who is a long-time crusader for all those things. It is exciting to be in the presence of a radical genius, who has proven himself in the business arena.

I have done a lot of writing online over the past few years. I hope to make About.me a hub to bring the best of what I have to say to the attention of those who want a better life than is the norm in our crumbling, dysfunctional U.S. society currently.
