A highly successful nonprofit executive with over 25 years of senior level management experience, Paul joined the Yavapai College Foundation as the Director of Development after serving as the Chief Development Officer of the Arizona chapter of the American Red Cross based in Phoenix, Arizona. Kirchgraber annually managed a $5.5 million fundraising program and guided the financial development and marketing activities for the nation’s sixth largest Red Cross chapter.

Prior to joining the American Red Cross, Kirchgraber served as the national Vice President for Development for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and Vice President for Development with the Arizona State University Foundation, Kirchgraber was responsible for leading and managing annual and major gift fund raising programs as well as overseeing operational areas including; prospect research, gift processing/donor data management, communications, stewardship and donor relations.

Before moving to Arizona, Kirchgraber served eight years as an Executive Director of University Advancement for the University of Southern California where he played an integral role in managing the development of major gifts and overseeing development operations during USC's ground breaking $2.5Billion fundraising campaign.

Paul is also an adjunct faculty member with Kaplan University where he teaches online courses in grant writing, public relations and marketing/communications for the School of Human Services bachelor degree program.
