Flamingos (photo) are endangered, partly because of their inability to adapt fast enough to changes in their environment. Similar points apply to industry leaders and to individuals: update or lose out. I and my global colleagues help organisations and entrepreneurs to adapt and excel. We work with clients to ensure they can: re-cognize (meaning re-think) trends and opportunities; build capacity for change and entrepreneurship; better anticipate and prepare for major challenges; support their ecosystem and their wider community; tune strategies; and refine and implement action plans.
