Key career highlights include my involvement with several successful Leadership teams; with Brighton start-up Insurecom (1999-2003) which culminated in us becoming a 'Fast Track' 100 Company.

In 2003 joined Sir Peter Wood's new venture, as the Online Brand Director for esure.com / SheilasWheels.com (03-'07).

Most recently spent over nine very enjoyable and successful years with LV= (LV.com) as part of the core leadership team who helped turnaround a traditional business into an engaging and digital enabled Brand; where earned premiums increased from £630 million to £2.4 billion; £20.1 million operating loss turned around into a £195 million profit.

On leaving LV= (August ’16) became Digital Advisor to Swinton Group as well as advising and mentoring insureTech start-ups, including helping to match investors with appropriate opportunities.

As of May '17 global Vice President CGI.com - founded in 1976 CGI is one of the largest information technology and business process services providers in the world.
