Paula Alcala

I am the Director of Learning in Acámica. I am in charge of designing and executing online learning environments and blended programs to teach programming, web development and design.

My areas of interest are instructional design, blended learning, programming courses design and implementation, teacher training and educational policy.

I published a peer reviewed paper in 2016 in educational policies in Chile and I am currently studying best practices to design and implement blended programs. This is my ResearchGate profile.
