I am a licensed as a Clinical Professional Counselor and has over 22 years of management and leadership experience which includes running a 24 hour psychiatric emergency room department, multiple off site intensive outpatient programs and several inpatient social service and expressive therapy departments. Along with my clinical experience, I has developed expertise in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, personnel selection and hiring, employee retention, management communication and supervision & training. When not managing PRA's three offices, I enjoy organizational consulting where I utilize experiential activities to engage clients in exploring their leadership skills through team building workshops or individual executive coaching.
