Paula Brahan

Hi! I'm Paula Brahan.

A native of Panama City Florida, I relocated to Hattiesburg in 1994. During my 20 year career as a Registered Nurse I discovered a love for outside sales while working in the pharmaceutical industry, and now find total fulfillment in my job as a REALTOR®, helping people just like you buy and sell real estate in the Hattiesburg area.

With a passion for excellent customer service – something I found lacking when I personally made 9 moves in 11 years – I strive each day to make buying and selling real estate a stress-free process for my clients.

With over $5 million in volume in her first year, I was named the Hattiesburg Area Association of Realtors "Newcomer of the Year" for 2015.

Married to John, a General Surgeon at Hattiesburg Clinic, I enjoy all manner of routine hobbies such as reading/cooking/travel as well as some not-so-routine ones. Actively involved in the Civil Air Patrol, I am currently pursuing the rank of Flight Officer with the Pine Belt Composite Squadron (MS-072) and am a Rotarian with the Rotary Club of Hattiesburg.

I'd like you to know that my last name – Brahan – sounds like “bran”, and that my motto – “Paula Brahan Can!” – has a twofold purpose: to communicate my CAN DO attitude, and to help you remember how to pronounce my incredibly difficult last name.

My slogan, "Call the REALTOR® who calls you back!" speaks for itself.

As a strong believer in staying on top of the current market conditions and technology, I take advantage of continuing education so I can provide top-notch service to my clients. I hold several certifications, including one specifically concerning the unique needs of the mature client, one that denotes advanced training in representing the seller, and another specifically for representing home buyers.
