His findings proffered socio-economic policies which he has been sharing on his social media platforms and at career events in public universities. He is genuinely interested in effecting a sustainable change nationally.
Paul and his team, The Dream Team are proactively seeking to assist undergraduates, fresh graduates and young professionals to fight unemployment through Quality Education (SDG4), preparing them for Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG8) and ultimately End Poverty (SDG1).
Through trainings, mentorship platforms, volunteering opportunities, conferences, magazine and her NGO he has directly impacted over 10000 youths in personal and skill development to promote community engagement. He has spent more than 3 years and has impacted over 10000 with career navigation. With proven records, he has also assisted graduates land jobs.
Furthermore, he is a speaker and thinker who is passionate about pushing people to become their best and requiring them to take tangible actions towards their goals consistently.
