To see potential and beauty, Paula dares. She is young but delights in wisdom of proven years. Knowing the impact leaders have made in her own life, she is passionate about raising up young leaders in all facets of society. Seeing teen girls and boys where they are at and believing where they can be, that is her expertise.

The heartbeat. Not being all too shocked. Not judging neither commanding. Coming alongside, speaking their language and lifting their head.

Hillsong International Leadership College (2010-2012) in Sydney, many Youth events and Youth groups in Germany, USA, Australia and Malaysia have trained her well in building leadership and vision into teenagers.

Currently, Paula and her team is developing a program for young girls in schools. The program is a collection of personal development tools with an inspirational, practical and experiential approach to learning. It is based on the three pillars of worth, strength and purpose.
