Paula Michelle

In May of 2010, the Lord spoke to me about leaving my job and starting my own business. The desire to help others independently has always been a goal. I’ve owned several businesses, from a Tupperware Consultant to a Music Store Owner, but this business… was God-breathed and a huge leap of faith.

I had so many things in my head, but one thing I knew was I had a strong desire to help others in the areas of human resources, training, quality and so many other areas. All I knew was, God said to do it and do it now!

I birthed my business, pmfaith Consulting, Inc., in my home in 2010, but it didn’t materialize until 2011. I didn’t leave a job with clients in the wing who were waiting for me. I left my job with a promise from God that if I trusted Him, he would do the unimaginable. So trusting him entailed creating learning curriculum and presentations that no one was asking for. Researching topics that no one requested. Attending events where seemingly everyone had been instructed to ‘stay away from Paula.’ But one day, it all came together.
