Paul Brown is Festival Director & CEO with the annual, countywide Earagail Arts Festival. A former director at Moving On Music Ltd., founder of Visonic Festival Ltd., board member of the Crescent Arts Centre and the Northern Ireland Music Industry Commission and with over 15 years experience in music, festival and event promotion he has commissioned, curated and produced a wide range of multi-disciplinary arts events at home and abroad. The Earagail Arts Festival now in its 25th year is hosted over 2 weeks each July presenting over 100 music, theatre, circus, visual arts, literary and outdoor spectacle events throughout the highlands and islands of Donegal, North West Ireland. As Director of the Festival over the last 7 years Paul has commissioned a series of international music collaborations between Donegal based and international artists, many of which have toured internationally to festivals in the UK, Europe and the USA.
