Paul Angelides

Paul Angelides manages his own engineering firm based in Syosset, New York. Since establishing his practice in the late 1980s, he has supported clients ranging from insurance carriers to building owners by delivering a high professional standard of forensic examinations. When he conducts such examinations, Paul Angelides helps his clients understand building accidents caused by structural deficiencies. Moreover, his practice provides construction design services for major development initiatives.

Before establishing his own business, Paul Angelides gained practical experience in his field as the Westchester Division manager of contract administration and inspection with the Consolidated Edison Company of New York. While there, he was responsible for managing issues related to the company’s utility system, which rested on a complex electrical and gas-based infrastructure.

In his private life, Mr. Angelides has been involved with amateur radio as a hobby since the early 1960s. He holds an Federal Communication Commission extra class license that allows him to broadcast over all of the amateur radio bands.
