Capitán Demo is a one hour weekly show on Spain's National Radio 3. I play demos, unsigned and new bands only, national and international. I am also a website editor at Radio3.es. I have a thing for festivals, live music and interviewing bands I love.

I have also worked as a sports journalist, a TV host and a radio teacher.

Spanish is my mother tongue and I speak and write fluent English and Italian.
