Paula is a native Sacramentan who has lived in Land Park since 1979. Paula and her husband co-own Dunnigan, Realtors alongside their children. Her children and their families live just minutes away — Sacramento isn't just where she works, it's home.
She is a Past President of the Sacramento Association of Realtors (2014), Chair of the SAR Professional Standards Committee (2019, 2023, and 2024), and Chair of the CAR Professional Standards Committee (2022). She is also a Pepperdine-trained mediator and serves as Ombudsman for both the Sacramento and California Associations of Realtors, which means when negotiations get complicated, she knows how to find a path forward.
