Paul Barach

Paul Barach is a medical professional with over two decades of experience in a wide range of medical and public health fields. As a Principal of J Bara Innovation, Inc., Paul Barach provides independent consulting services to hospitals and health care agencies regarding quality and safety interventions. Paul Barach is also a consultant to the Healthcare Quality Improvement Partnership (HQIP), a National Health Services agency in the United Kingdom. He guides the development, implementation, and evaluation of new methods for clinician engagement.

In addition to his work in medical quality and safety, Paul Barach is involved in the advancement of innovative medical technology. As a visiting professor to the University College in Cork, Ireland, he has been instrumental in setting up the technology enhanced learning for health program. Paul Barach is a National E-Health Transition Authority (NEHTA) in Sydney, Australia, where he consults on health information technology and electronic medical record planning.
