Paul Belger

As a key player in the San-Francisco-based Flux Foundation, he serves as Project Director. His first role was as an on-site project director for the Temple of Flux at the Burning Man Art Festival. Serving as a liaison between the event’s key artists and the project’s 250-person crew he managed the demanding role, creating an effortless flow of between people, supplies, and construction, during the three-week long production schedule.

Paul’s work on the Temple of Flux presented a unique mile-stone for the festival. Not only was its the largest temple ever built, but under Paul’s direction it was the first installation of its size and scope to ever be completed on time (actually ahead of schedule, but that might be considered bragging)

Paul brings a number of insights, strategic and artistic skills to his work, whether on stage, behind the scenes or in corporate boardrooms. Working under tight deadlines and high pressure, he manages to get the best out of people and create one-of-a-kind projects and business alliances—without losing his sense of humor or his passion for his work.

His past work history includes: theater production; video and staging; film and television production; business development, marketing and sales.
