Paul Bergsten

Paul Bergsten's career in healthcare administration began in 1999, when he took on the role of assistant environmental services director with a little nursing home near Dayton, Ohio. After finding inspiration in the ways that a skilled administrator can improve the outcome of a facility, he pursued further training in adminstration. his career took him all over the state of Ohio. His adminsitrative training provided him with experience and understanding, but it was his close relationship with the workers of these facilities which provided him with perspective. From this perpsective he saw the need for NP Insight, a group he founded which seeks to improve relationship between nurses and the facilities they work for. Thanks to this success, Paul continued his entrepreneurship and founded Hillstone Heatlhcare, a group which seeks to revitalize struggling nursing homes in the state of Ohio by providing administrative expertise to smaller facilities which may lack access to the experience Paul represents.
