Hire me

Hello, my name is Paul Bialkowski. As a graduate from the University of Toronto at Mississauga, I have been educated on many aspects of Finance including financial modeling, statistics, marketing, fintech, mergers and acquisitions and behavioural finance.

During my first year of undergrad, my brother and I founded 'Polark Electronics'. The company was created to subsidize our tuition and put us through school. The company was formed when we developed a relationship with a supplier to source speakers and electronics from another province and re-sell locally to earn profit. This experience developed customer sales experience and long-term relationships with suppliers. As well, understanding the market and learning how to negotiate was crucial to our success. I was able to create a business plan and set goals while implementing strategies to achieve them.

Throughout my undergrad, I have worked at the Bank of Nova Scotia as a Customer Service Representative where I was exposed to understanding how to efficiently and effectively attend to customer's demands to create an excellent experience for my clients. As well, the role introduced me to bank procedures, policies and development courses. Being promoted to head teller allowed me to take on more responsibility and learn to effectively lead a team and make intelligent decisions. These decisions would involve limiting the branch's risk through properly following bank policy.

As a recent graduate, I am currently looking for a position in relevance to the Financial sector. I believe that I can contribute to your company by understanding the role I must play to ensure success and dedicating myself to finding ways to efficiently and effectively do it.
