Bill Paul

I was born 10-17-1950 in The Dalles, Oregon. I spent my first 17 years in the town of Wasco, Oregon in North Central Oregon. I next attended college in Yakima, Wa. for 1 1/3 terms. I went to Mount Hood CC for 2 terms and earned an A.S. degree in 1970. Went to OSU for 2 years and earned A BS in 1972. Did misc. for a while but returned to EOSC in LaGrande, Or. and certified to teach in 1975. Taught one year at Cottrell Elementary and two years at Wasco Grade School. Next taught and coached 27 years at Hood River Jr./Middle School. Retired after 30 years of teaching in 2005. Subbed for 6 years. Have a teaching certificate which is good until 2014 but have officially quit teaching..I am a 1/3 partner in a wheat ranch. I own a 3 acre piece of land on Dee Flat about 13 miles South of Hood River, Or..
