I'm a peronal trainer/coach based in the Wakefield/Leeds area.

My goal is to eduacate, coach and ultimately help people create ther bodies they want.

Maintainable fat loss doesn't happen over night, it happens through a process of changing habits, lots of hard work, learning and determination.

Dieting shouldn't be all chicken, rice and brocoli...it should include the foods you enjoy!! In steps flexible dieting, allowing you to lose weight while eating what you enjoy (sounds too good to be true right?).
