Paul Brothwood is a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), Operations Manager, business advisor and sustainability professional with experience spanning energy, infrastructure, operational leadership and environmental management.

A Full Member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Practice (MISEP), Paul has worked across operational environments supporting ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, environmental sustainability, health and safety, and operational improvement.

He holds NEBOSH and IOSH qualifications and is a certified PRINCE2 and ITIL4 Practitioner, bringing a structured and results-focused approach to operational performance, governance, compliance and service delivery.

Alongside his operational and sustainability work, Paul supports organisations and small businesses on environmental management, ISO systems and continuous improvement, helping teams reduce risk, strengthen governance and improve resilience.

Outside work, Paul writes about sustainability, leadership, motorcycling and adventure travel, including long-distance riding across Europe and participation in Honda Adventure Roads 2026 in the Pyrenees.
