Paul Bryan

Paul Bryan is a user experience strategist and researcher who started designing e-commerce web sites in 1995 in Barcelona. Since founding Usography in 2002, his consulting clients have included some of the most successful corporations in the world, including: The Home Depot, Coca-Cola, SAP, Delta Air Lines, Philips, Macy's and Bloomingdales, Cox, and GE. Paul has conducted consumer research in locations throughout North America, South America, and Europe. His most recent research and strategy work has focused on Gen Y multichannel shopping behavior patterns. Paul speaks frequently on the topic of ethnographic field research among consumers. Paul publishes the Social Commerce Scorecard, a competitive benchmarking tool for retailers.
