Paul Bugno

Born and raised in country New South Wales, my interest in finance began while I was studying Accounting at Charles Sturt University in Wagga Wagga. Eager to learn as much as I could and upon completing my degree, I started with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as a graduate Financial Planner. Over the course of five years, I worked to become a Senior Financial Planner, at which point, I worked with several branches of the CBA along the entirety of the Sunshine Coast.

Looking for my next challenge, I left the Commonwealth Bank and partnered with Joshua Dalton, from Dalton Financial Partners. My motivation for transitioning into an independent, self-employed Financial Planner was so I could provide a more personalised, long-term-focused service to clients in South-East Queensland. I wanted the challenge and freedom of being able to run my own business, which, in turn, has enabled me to refine my repertoire of skills and achieve greater outcomes with my clients.

My passion is helping people; to build and protect their wealth, whether they be high-income earners or your every-day mum and dad investors. It’s incredibly rewarding to see my client's financial position improve as a result of help that I have given.
