An accomplished business executive and sales leader, Paul Cairney draws upon more than two decades of experience in his management career. Over the years, he has developed management expertise through leadership roles in which he has overseen budgets in excess of $800,000, supervised regulatory compliance strategies, and led human resources duties such as training and hiring. Paul Cairney has also handled sales and marketing duties such as cultivating long-term customer relationships, generating client leads, and creating and implementing innovative brand strategies.

Paul Cairney earned a bachelor’s degree in English and teaching education from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington (UNCW), where he was class valedictorian and graduated summa cum laude. After completing his BA, he stayed at UNCW to complete a master’s in English. Prior to his current work, Mr. Cairney guided an athletic camp for more than decade, a role in which he led a team of 35 employees while managing rotating sports clinics held throughout the year.

A dedicated member of the community, Mr. Cairney gives back to others through his volunteer work with charities and nonprofit groups such as the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation and the American Cancer Society. During his free time, he pursues a diverse range of hobbies that includes running, boating, and traveling.
