I have been an executive recruiter and occasional adventurer for more than 20 years. I founded The Freshman Consultancy in 1990 and strive to offer a service of the highest quality in a demanding and competitive environment.
In 2013 I journeyed 10,000 miles from London to Mongolia, traversing 18 countries, 5 mountain ranges and 3 deserts. In 2015 I will cycle the length of the River Danube, from Southern Germany to the Black Sea coast in Romania, a journey of 1750 miles.
