Paul Newman-Coles

My name is Paul Coles I am currently working as an gym manager in New Romney, I have been working here since may 2012 before this role i took some time off to care for my 2 children whilst my parnter was working full time. prior to that i was working for Sports World International at the Folkestone store I was a footwear supervisor with store management experience as well, I spent the first half of my career in retail banking where I reached senior branch adviser level, I have dealt with customers on most levels ranging from 1-1 personal interviews to groups and families, this coupled with my retail experience I find gives me unique customer service skills which are rarely found in most candidates. My main skills are leadership, adaptability and communication this is what I would bring to any role that I would apply for. I am looking to change my career to one that would challenge my skills in all areas
