Mr. Dansker co-established the law firm of Dansker & Aspromonte with Salvatore Aspromonte in April 1989 at 30 Vesey Street, on the edge of the World Trade Center site in Manhattan.

The Company has represented thousands of clients and obtained hundreds of millions of dollars for them over the last 30 years

Mr. Dansker grew up in South Jersey and graduated in 1976 from Rutgers University with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Art History. As an undergraduate, he was President of the Economics Honor Society and owned and operated his own student travel business. He subsequently entered Brooklyn Law School, from which he graduated in 1979. After taking the bar, he traveled extensively in Europe and the Middle East before returning to New York where he became an associate at the law firm of Weisberg, Sieven & Mammana. It was there that Mr. Dansker learned his craft in trial advocacy, exclusively in the field of personal injury litigation. From 1980 until 1985, he tried hundreds of personal injury cases with consistent success. As his expertise and reputation grew, he attracted a substantial client base. This eventually led him to establish Paul Dansker Associates in January 1986 before merging his practice with Mr. Aspromonte.

Paul Dansker is one of the most preferred personal injury lawyers in New York. He has the knowledge, expertise, and experience to determine if your personal injury claim has merit and how best to proceed. Mr. Dansker has the tools and experience to deal with the tactics of the defendant's lawyers and they provide such services as: acquiring reports both medical and police, gathering evidence, acquiring expert and medical expert witnesses, interviewing witnesses, taking depositions, making the necessary court filings, settlement negotiations, researching the case to see if there are similar cases that they can refer to, and representing their client at trial.
