Paul D. Diaz is a proud alumnus of the University of Miami and obtained three Certificates from the Harvard Business School (HBSP) through The Walt Disney Company in Global Business, Technology, and Innovation & Creativity. While in college, Paul was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and during post-graduate studies, Paul earned admission, by invitation, to the prestigious Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and Delta Mu Delta, the international honor society in business. He has used his MBA with a concentration in Accounting to gain extensive experience and knowledge in the world of finance and real estate. Paul’s expertise has allowed him to execute many functions in his professional endeavors.
Paul has spent nearly thirty years in both the real estate and financial services industries. He obtained licensure and began in new homes in 1992 and is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida, gaining this certification in 1995. In 1996, Paul obtained licensure in Florida as a life, health, and annuities representative and has been active in planning and consulting ever since. Recently, he earned a Florida Real Estate Instructor's License; the highest level and most difficult Florida Real Estate License available to active brokers in good standing.
Paul is an experienced asset protection specialist assisting individuals and businesses with complex planning including retirement savings, mortgage protection, succession planning, and life insurance strategies. He is also the Broker/Owner/Franchisee of Realty World™ Atlas, a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), and supports his real estate clients with complex real estate transactions, properties in probate, intervals, and land.
