Paul D. Diaz, Sr., is a graduate of the University of Miami and obtained three Certificates from the Harvard Business School (HBSP) through The Walt Disney Company in Global Business, Technology, and Innovation & Creativity. While in college, Paul was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity and during post-graduate studies, Paul earned admission, by invitation, to the prestigious Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and Delta Mu Delta, the international honor society in business. He has used his education to gain extensive experience and knowledge in the world of finance and real estate. Paul’s expertise has allowed him to execute many functions in his professional endeavors.
Paul has spent over twenty-two years in the real estate and financial services industry. He obtained licensure and began selling new homes in 1992, and is currently a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Florida, gaining this certification in 1995. Paul obtained licensure for variable annuities, life & health insurance in 1996. Recently, he earned a Florida Real Estate Instructor's License; the highest level and most difficult Florida Real Estate License available to active brokers in good standing.
He has worked for some of the largest names in real estate development. Paul has worked and excelled at the Marriott Vacation Club, Graham Companies (Developers of Miami Lakes - Same family as Florida Governor and U.S. Senator Bob Graham), Central Florida Investments (CFI/Westgate), and as a professional Cast Member at the Disney Vacation Club.
Paul is a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) and supports consumers with complex real estate transactions, properties in probate, resort intervals, and land.
