I was born and raised by parents of fourth generation Vermonters. They taught me everything that a boy needed to know by example. Theirs !!!! They were frugle and humble people that had been brought up in the dark and dreary days of the depression. The one and only depression that we have ever known but NOT the only one that our next generation will ever know , for you see they have yet to live through the throws of what a real depression is going to be like. get prepared oh Gen Xer's, get prepared. I was fortunate enough to know that you must work for what you want and you shall have it. Remember, the world owes you NOTHING except life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. All of which you are born with. Nothing more, nothing less.....................
