I specialise in 'technology enabled change'; helping clients in offshore financial services and related sectors, obtain greater value from their investments in technology.

It’s people and not technology that deliver change, so my background of over 25 years in management, including time as a leadership development facilitator gives, me the experience and passion for helping people and organisations achieve their potential.

Prior to establishing an independent consultancy in 2007, I worked for 15 years in local government gaining skills in engineering, information technology and general management. I'm a qualified project manager, chartered engineer and chartered IT professional.

My recent projects include leading a business transformation project for a top South African boutique law firm, electronic document management implementations and numerous systems integrations for offshore financial services businesses.

I have developed ways to support clients from anywhere in the world from my base Jersey, in the British Channel Islands.

I have experience experience of working and managing projects in:Cayman Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, London, Mauritius, South Africa and Switzerland.
