An accomplished executive and Board director, with experience in the financial, insurance, and telecommunications sectors, Paul Fegan is a senior advisor at Gresham Partners in Sydney, Australia. He joined Gresham Partners following a period at Genworth Australia, a leader in the mortgage insurance market where he spent a year as the Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure, he led the company’s successful IPO preparations, restructured its $3.6 billion investment portfolio to improve duration and yields, and optimised the company’s capital position. Prior to that, Paul Fegan held such positions as Group Managing Director of Strategy and Corporate Services at Telstra Corporation and as CEO and Managing Director at St. George Bank Limited a top 10 ASX listed company and Australia's 5th largest Financial Services Group.

In addition to his corporate leadership positions, Mr. Fegan has a solid history of board activity. He is the former director of such organisations as National Australia Life Limited and Investment & Financial Services Association, and is the current Chairman of the Bosch Institute for Medical Research. Most recently, Mr. Fegan served as the non-executive director for AMP Limited and chairman of AMP Bank. He served on the organisation’s board for over six years, during which time AMP acquired AXA Asia Pacific and managed the integrity of the company’s risk management framework and financial statements as Chairman of the group's Audit Committee. He holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School at the University of Melbourne.
