Paul Flick

As a professional entrepreneur and operator of multiple franchise brands across the United States and internationally, Paul Flick has found great success with his self-created home repair and improvement companies, Maintenance Made Simple and 360 PAINTING. He began his franchising career early, while simultaneously pursuing studies at the University of Windsor in Ontario. During that time, he produced for his company not only the highest revenue among all franchisees but also the largest contract in the industry's history. His efforts earned him the International Franchisee of the Year award.
When Mr. Flick moved to North Carolina in 1996, he put a plan into development for a franchise system and managed its growth to over 500 franchisees over the course of twelve years. He currently oversees franchising system operations across multiple home service brands with revenues in excess of $18 million.

One of Paul Flick's current industry ventures is Maintenance Made Simple, a company that specializes in home remodeling and repairs and serves locations across the United States, Canada, and the Middle East. Maintenance Made Simple distinguishes itself from other home service providers and private contractors by providing convenient customer support and upfront pricing. Paul Flick also puts to good use his entrepreneurial expertise in another franchising venture, 360 PAINTING. Through its thorough twenty-step process, 360 PAINTING has provided indoor and outdoor painting services to successfully complete more than 7,000 projects.

Paul Flick also contributes to charitable foundations such as Operation Smile, an international organization that mobilizes medical professionals to deliver cleft palate surgical options to the developing world. In his leisure time, he enjoys such pursuits as traveling, flying, biking, and golfing. An avid enthusiast of European culture, Mr. Flick especially enjoys the culture and way of life of Italy.
