Paul Lopez

Born in Havana, Cuba on December 9, 1952, my family and I escaped exile on September 20, 1960 and emigrated to the United States. Like many Cubans living in the United States adaptability was not easy at first especially growing up in a Cuban neighborhood in Elizabeth, NJ. After moving to Baltimore, MD in 1965 my life began shaping although not necessarily in the direction perceived. But then again who can control the elements of life that lead us to where we are now.
