Mr. Fredericks founded Aerospace Metals LLC in 2012 as an additional source of business to his aluminum anodizing company, Ace Industries, LLC (AI). Aerospace Metals has evolved into a metals broker offering multiple types of plating, anodizing, painting, laser cutting and etching. The companies associated with Aerospace Metals are Nadcap Accredited with approvals from Boeing, Textron, Gulfstream, Lockheed Martin, Sikorsky, Honeywell & Hamilton.

Mr. Fredericks graduated from the University of Missouri in 1986. He worked in sales from 1986 to 1993. He has lived and worked in Missouri, Georgia, Arizona and California.He worked in sales from 1986 to 1988. In 1988, he formed Sunland Management Group (SMG), a medical billing company in Scottsdale, AZ. SMG provided services to clients in Arizona and southern California. In 1992 he sold SMG to a competitor in Phoenix, AZ.

In 1993, he took over a fledgling little plating facility located within the Usona Mfg. Foundry located at 3512 Chouteau Ave. in St Louis, MO. The Usona Foundry was sold to St Louis University and Usona Anodizing Company was moved to another site in South St Louis. From 1995-1999 Mr. Fredericks dramatically increased sales and introduced new processes such as CARC paint, passivation and Chem-Film and completely out grew the facility. Then, in 1999 Mr Fredericks orchestrated the acquisition of a competitor and moved his company to Cuba, MO where he operated until 2011.

In 2003 Mr. Fredericks also orchestrated the acquisition of a fluidized bed electrostatic paint company in St Louis. The process was very specialized for one of his customers, Hussmann Corporation. In 2008 operations were moved to Monterey, Mexico.

In 2012, Mr. Fredericks formed Ace Industries, LLC in Gerald, MO. AI was an architectural aluminum anodizing company that that mainly processed aluminum extrusions but also supplied the same processes his company in Cuba, Mo supplied. In 2015, with Aerospace Metals having evolved into a successful entity, Mr. Fredericks decided to move his operations back to St Louis, MO. There was more opportunity for expansion into other processes using the Aerospace Metals platform.

Mr. Fredericks has processed parts for the Space Shuttle, the country of Chile police department, The Ministry of Defense (Israel) and multiple components for the subcontractors of the
