Workshops designed for schools, youth centre's, adult learning and other groups, specialising in providing an introduction to animation, predominately stop motion style (plasticine/models etc) for any ages from 8 years up. Workshops will run from between 1 to 5 days and will encompass the animation process from start to finish including character design, storyboarding and animation. The workshops will take place in your school, centre etc.

About The Tutor

I am an animator/illustrator who started my career in the area of fine art but found the freedom and creativity of animation and illustration more suited to my style of working. My experience of Animating and set design and love of stop motion work lends itself brilliantly to providing sessional workshops for children and adults alike. I've worked with youth and community groups for many years and use this experience to teach this art style in a fun and lively way. My lessons are taylored to each specific age group and the activities are engaging and inclusive as well as educational.
