I have 15 years of experience in leading and managing people/companies. I have an entrepreneurial mindset so love building startups - many have failed, a few have worked but the true value is in the learning and experience.

Most recently I co-founded a successful digital agency in the Middle East meaning I spend my time between Norwich and Dubai plus I'm passionate about fitness so built a startup around this called Fitlink where our mission is to make the world fit, healthy and happy.
