I am a seasoned technology specialist with a passion for what I do. I love technology and I love helping people. Throughout my career, I have taken on many roles – technical support, project manager, supervisor, hacker. This experience makes me excited about the strategic ways that I can help businesses with their technology challenges. And I knew I was going to have a long career in I/T when my high school homework was to unprotect or pirate Apple ][ software so my teachers wouldn’t have to pay for it. Three decades later whether it’s a client having a PEBKAC moment or accidentally disabling the only NIC on a production server while working remotely, I can seriously say it’s been interesting, frustrating and frantic.
