So I have been wanting to share a bit of my experience with their recruitment as they reached out to me twice, technically got hired once even!

In November 2023 they reached out to me for a producer role. Did an interview with HR, a video test of how I would run a game production and then an interview with Terry himself. Terry was, honestly, a bit arrogant indeed during the interview, even comparing his way of running things to Steve Jobs and Elon Musk. He approved of me and connected me with a game designer and another producer and told them to send me the GDD to start working.

Issue is they never sent me anything. I asked Terry and he didn't respond, no one did. HR who hired me also went silent. I spoke later with two colleagues of mine from my current job (fortunately I didn't leave it for Blue Gravity) and they both had interviews with him and he was an ass with them too.

Fast forward a few months, I get fired from my job and am looking for another one. Here comes HR from Blue Gravity reaching out to me again. I even explained they technically hired and then ghosted me a while back and it was... Silly. HR basically said 'ah damn, sorry about that... Still interested though?' and I mean... I was unemployed, nothing to lose right?

I did the interview process again and I explained I did it before, even the test and they were apologetic for what had happened, still they want the test again. I sent the same video with a few small changes and after 2 weeks they approve and asked for my discord ID for the next interview and that is when they ghosted me again. After a week of no response I reached out to HR to ask if the interview was still happening and dude didn't respond. I reached out to the recruiter who reached out to me via LinkedIn, she said that was strange and she'd check out and again she vanished.

Funny thing is yet a THIRD recruiter showed up looking for people for the producer role a few months later. So yeah, I can confirm the CEO is a jerk and their recruitment is a mess. If anyone is contacted by them it is a trap.
