Paul Iantorno

Since 2004, Paul Iantorno has worked with his fathers company, Golden Properties, a real estate development and property management company based in San Francisco. Under his leadership, the company has specialized in obtaining a portfolio of small apartments and single-family dwellings throughout the local area. In some cases, Paul Iantorno rehabilitates and restores older buildings into more modern interior rental and sale properties, while in others, his company razes existing non historic structures and builds new rental units from the ground up. In the latter instance, Iantorno says that learning to work with all the people involved in construction is akin to directing a symphony.

As part of his commitment to the surrounding community, Paul Iantorno and Golden Properties strive to work with people of all income levels to ensure they have the opportunity for housing, partnering with the San Francisco Housing Authority and the Homeless Prenatal Program to offer reduced-cost rental properties to those with Section 8 vouchers, as well as to retired military service personnel.
