For my entire adult life, I’ve been involved in shaping content strategies for large businesses. I’ve been responsible for countless web and print designs, usability and accessibility testing, governance and publishing models, content creation, communication consultancy and channel development. I’ve worked with developers, marketers, editors, writers and executive teams on communication and marketing projects of all sizes.
