Lurking Creature

I lurk the roads of this lonely world without a companion. Holding the title of an unwanted fellow, I am abandoned by my creator. As I am left with no choice, I exert my inner anger on Frankenstein's loved ones, using my bare essentials to crush those of his relation. From my first victim being his naive brother, William, all the way to his precious future bride, Elizabeth. By diminishing his moral, he will get a sense of my pent-up anguish. Victor never wanted me. Even when I first greeted him with a pure smile, he charged in the opposite direction. I looked for companions elsewhere.

Meeting Blind De Lacy, and his son, Felix, I was enthused to have a chance in creating relationships. As I observed their form of communication, I slowly grew accustomed to their language. As Felix was teaching Safie the cottage's history, I eagerly listened and even learned faster than she. Getting a hold of my favorite piece of literature, "Paradise Lost", I realized how much I related to this story and its reality. I enjoyed my time at the cottage, for I was able to communicate with my fellow cottagers. Also, with all my book-reading, I became very eloquent in my speech which was very advantageous to me.

My creator never gave me what I truly wanted, a companion. This is why I set out to kill his family. In the end, I realized that what I did was wrong, but it was too late. All that was left was to terminate my bleeding. I knew it was time when I saw Frankenstein laying before me.
