Pauline Daskalakis

Pauline is currently the President & CFO of Micro Filter King, Grease Eater and MFS Trade School. MFS is a trade school in Orlando, FL that teaches hood cleaning and virus disinfection through their on line courses worldwide. MFS Hood School trains and certifies hood cleaners from all over the U.S. and Canada according to NFPA codes in their 5000 sf. facility. MFS is the only school that teaches public entity bidding and oil filtration as well. They are currently adding the ability to funnel a nationwide network of hood cleaning jobs to their certified students. This and their additional offerings of discounts, and 24/7 support has made MFS the leading hood cleaning and only virus disinfection school in the U.S. & Canada.

Micro Filter King manufactures various innovative products to serve the restaurant industry. The main product her company manufactures is an innovative, patent pending micro filtration machine & filtration system, which can filter down to a microscopic level along with several other innovative products such as the Fryer Guard which prevents clogging of commercial fryers.

MFS has also expanded into providing virus disinfection courses, tools, equipment and chemical for complete and long lasting commercial virus disinfection solutions.

Grease Eater is a chemical company that is currently building various chemical brands to increase brand awareness in the restaurant industry through several custom formulated commercial niche cleaning chemicals. Our chemical brands are: Grease Eater hood degreasing chemical, Ninja Filter Soak, for filter cleaning and 200 Billion Enzymes for grease traps.

She is a member of the Nat'l Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and various other organizations in the Central Florida area.

She is currently on the board of the Jijenge Academy, a 501C charity started by her daughter in Nairobi, Kenya, and based in the U.S., which teaches coding, & digital technical skills to indigent orphans in the Methare slums of Nairobi, Kenya and then matches them with global companies that they can work for virtually.

Pauline Daskalakis received a B.A. in Economics and Finance from Montclair State University.
