Pauline Mpho Mpanza

Hi, I’m Pauline Mpho. I’m a teacher student living in Johannesburg, South Africa. I am a fan of food, reading, and writing. I’m also interested in education and cooking.

I chose education degree because i have genuine caring interest for children i grew fond of the love of looking after them and being surrounded by them and that is when the calling came realistic to me. i admire education and understand that it is a seed that needs to be imparted from generation to generation and i have the ability to share my knowledge along with my pedagogy to others.

my vision as a teacher is to encourage children to be proud of whom they are,to grow their interpersonal relationships among peers, to spontaneously reach their full capacity in a safe,caring,accommodating,supportive, stimulating educational environment that nurture their diversity and uniqueness. i am dedicated to help children learn,grow,develop and succeed independently doing so building a relationship with them and their caregivers to work as a team in their benefit. to evaluate and reflect on myself as a teacher.
