Pauline Panza

Since 2004, real estate consultant Pauline "Lina" Panza has been helping clients locate and acquire desirable homes in walkable New Jersey suburbs. Lina has focused on pedestrian and bicycle-friendly communities, such as Maplewood, South Orange, Montclair, Glen Ridge, and Little Falls, because she appreciates the improved quality of life that walking brings. In addition to being a state-licensed real estate broker and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Lina Panza is proud to be an official National Association of Realtors Green Designee. Through this association, Pauline Panza keeps informed about the latest energy-efficient resources, including sustainable materials, “green” technology, designs, and incentives, and she can pass this information on to her clients. After freelancing in product design and illustration Pauline Panza enrolled in Rutgers University and received her Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing in 1998.
