Pauline van der Veeken co-founded Home of Image in The Netherlands in January 2014. Together with her partner she developed, produced and launched The Personal Image Game in the Netherlands and Belgium. Since the launch of The Game end 2014 > 180 Imago Experts joined Home of Image. These Experts,Image Consultants, Coaches, Communication trainers and teachers, apply the game with its 15 special image theme sets for raising awareness on the power of a positive 1st impression, personal branding, to teambuilding and communication effectiveness.
It is the mission of Home of Image to make 1 million people before 2020 aware of how remarkable they are.
Pauline’s credentials include a cum-laude Master in Human Nutrition from the Wageningen Agricultural University with a specialization in sensory and epidemiology research. This interest in the relation between health and psychology has continued during her career.
Her career includes more than 8 years of experience in the field of burn-out and image coaching. As the regional senior consultant for South West Netherlands with the Stichting Burnout, she has coached many clients, managers, middle managers and executives – often digital and abroad – from a total burnout to a full recovery, often with a successful career transition.
As an image coach she has helped many customers, mainly women, to understand what colors and style best fit natural colors, body shape, work aspirations and lifestyle, while expressing personality.
Helpful to her coaching of business clients is her 20 year experience in leading functions in multinationals in IT, communications and change projects, with vitality always as her special passion. This vitality passion – feeling good from the inside out and getting more out of life was instrumental to her growing interest in personal image. At the start of her own company “The Happiness Factory” in 2008 she qualified to work as an integrated image consultant as she studied color and style consultant, color coaching and a master of clothing as a language, starting from the inside, the qualities of the client.
As experienced coach, trainer and presenter Pauline loves to stimulate awareness and positive interaction on the subject of color, 1st impression and personal image. She is not afraid to use this subject matter for deepening understanding in tougher team discussions. She is a frequent presenter at team building and personal development activities.
