Hello! My name is Paul Crosby, and I’m a Senior Academic Advisor in the Undergraduate Advising Center. Most students I work with are preparing to become dentists, physicians, physician assistants, optometrists or veterinarians. If you’d like more information about a premedical interest, see the Premedical Advising Website.

Strengths: Strategic, Futuristic, Achiever, Relator and Responsibility.

Personally, I was born in Charlottesville, Virginia, lived outside of San Antonio, Texas, through most of elementary school, and went to junior high and high school while living in Wichita, Kansas. I attended Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with History & Social Sciences Divisional and Psychology majors. Then, I came to KU, and completed a Master of Arts degree with a Psychology major, and also completed some graduate coursework in Applied Behavioral Science.

My favorite quote is from Abraham H. Maslow: “I suppose it is tempting, if the only tool you have is a hammer, to treat everything as if it were a nail.”
