With over 30 years of experience in the securities industry, Paul Kotos is the owner and managing director of Capital Strategy LLC, located in Jacksonville, Florida. Paul Kotos has completed over 80 strategic transactions in the private and public sectors.
Kotos’s professional career in investment banking and corporate finance has included advising companies with business development and capitalization, as well as in marketing. He has recruited and trained more than 500 financial advisors over the course of his career.
Paul Kotos holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Franklin and Marshall College. Aside from his professional career, he is involved in charitable and nonprofit organizations, including Wake Forest University and The St. Photios Greek Orthodox Shrine.
