Paul Kraaijvanger

Paul Kraaijvanger, an experienced real estate developer and property manager based in San Francisco, is the founder of Real Equity Group One LLC.

A native of the Netherlands, Paul came to the United States in 1981 with one mission in mind: to become successful in the real estate industry. After facing many challenges throughout his academic years and the beginning of his professional career, Paul Kraaijvanger felt confident enough in his own skills to take the ultimate plunge: starting his own business.

In the midst of the Great Recession of 2008, Paul launched Real Equity Group One LLC, a real estate development and management company whose primary focus is on the rehabilitation and repurposing of multi-unit properties and single-family homes. This is not only to improve the overall housing options in the San Francisco Bay Area, but to expand the reach and accessibility of affordable housing units as well.
