Paul Krebs

I’m Paul Krebs, the President and Owner of Paul Krebs Construction. I’ve spent more than 50 years in construction, engineering, and development, building everything from residential neighborhoods to large infrastructure projects. My work started early—I was just 13 when I began working alongside my father at Krebs Engineering in Birmingham, Alabama. That experience shaped my work ethic and taught me the value of doing the job right.

I graduated from Riverside Military Academy and later attended Auburn University, where I also ran track. In 1967, I founded my own company, and since then, I’ve developed mobile home parks, apartment complexes, and entire communities throughout Georgia and the Southeast. I also hold licenses in utility engineering, utility management, and water treatment, which help me manage complex projects.

Outside of work, I stay active with tennis, windsurfing, cycling, and fitness. I believe in giving back and have donated land for local parks and animal rescues. For me, it’s always been about more than just building—it’s about creating lasting communities.
