Paul Leitner-Wise

Paul Leitner-Wise developed his first firearm in the 1980’s and has over 20 years of product design and manufacturing experience. He founded his first design company in the U.K. in the early 1990’s and sold that in 1998 to start Leitner-Wise Rifle Co.
